Real ID-Compliant Identification Cards

Beginning May 7, 2025, a Real ID-compliant driver’s license, permit, or identification card will be required to board commercial airplanes or enter certain federal facilities. A Real ID is indicated by the star in the upper right-hand corner of your driver’s license, permit, or state identification card.

Passport Information & Application

A passport is required for all International Travel. You must have a valid passport if you are departing the U.S. A valid passport is one that does not expire for six months after your return date.

TSA Recommendations

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) advises that travelers in U.S. airports may experience longer lines at TSA checkpoints. The TSA advises arriving at the airport two hours prior to your flight for domestic travel and three hours prior to your flight for international travel.
